Limoo Image Viewer Based On Qt5 Framework Available for Ubuntu/Linux Mint

There are many image viewer available for Linux desktop but here is another lightweight image viewer based on Qt5 framework. Limoo image viewer is lightweight, simple, modern image viewer designed for Linux desktop in sialan labs. It is created using Qt5 and QML 2.0 technologies, available for Linux & OS X, and released under General Public License v3. Developers implemented new idea to make Limoo better image viewer in terms of user interface, performance, and stability.





To install Limoo Image Viewer in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty/Linux Mint 17 open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:

Terminal Commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:sialan/desktop
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install limoo

To install Limoo Image Viewer in Debian/Other Ubuntu & Linux Mint Versions open Terminal and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
>>> 32bit

Terminal Commands:
wget -O limoo_i386.deb http://dl.labs.sialan.org/limoo_1.1.0-1-i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i limoo_i386.deb; sudo apt-get -f install
rm limoo_i386.deb

>>> 64bit

Terminal Commands:
wget -O limoo_amd64.deb http://dl.labs.sialan.org/limoo_1.1.0-1-amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i limoo_amd64.deb; sudo apt-get -f install
rm limoo_amd64.deb
