Lollipop-powered LG H440n leaks via benchmark

It has been a particularly eventful weekend for LG, the Koreans following the Android 5.0 Lollipop leak for their G3 flagship with an official confirmation of its rollout. Now we understand that the company is also busy testing another 5.0 Lollipop device.

LG H440n surfaced in a scorecard from the HTML5Test website, which also confirms the great HTML5 support of the latest Chrome version but that’s hardly news. The site that picked up the leak though had a few more details to add to the picture.

Apparently, the first LG H series phone will be hitting Europe and the US – the H440n is the European version, while H441 and H443 will be headed to T-Mobile and AT&T in the US. The phone will pack a 720p screen, though not knowing its size we can’t say if it’s a premium compact handset or a mid-range one. Either way, the announcement is coming in early 2015 so we won’t have to wait long to find out.
