If i still owe $150 on my current phone, and I pay that off.. would that be eligible to trade in for this offer? It's the Galaxy S6, so i would get the iPhone 7 for free according to this. I don't upgrade every year, usually every 24 months so i'm considering doing this.
Yes. Sounds right.

Tomorrow being the last day.

I don't typically upgrade phones every year, I've been on a 2-year cycle for, forever. They gave me $650 for my 6 (6, not a 6s) in October, the phone was only worth $200 trade in at the apple store. It was also a no-brainer for me. I don't have to have the 8 when it comes out, I can wait for the 8s or whatever comes in 2018. Until then, I'm loving my 7+ that I picked up for next to nothing.
Exactly the same story for me.

Anyone locking themselves into a 27 month plan on the iPhone 6SS (aka 7) is gunna be mighty frustrated come next September.
[LIST=1]
* It's not 27 months.
* Hopefully someone isn't dumb enough to take advantage of this if they upgrade yearly.
* Someone is still welcome to upgrade next year, but they'd simply forfeit their remaining bill credits.

Anyone locking themselves into a 27 month plan on the iPhone 6SS (aka 7) is gunna be mighty frustrated come next September.
Why?

If I decide after 12 months to upgrade to an iPhone 8 -

1) I have had use of an iPhone 7 for 1 year, instead of an iPhone 6s FOR FREE.
2) Resale is better.
3) I can pay approx. HALF the cost of the iPhone 7 ($300) to buy my iPhone 7, then sell it for a PROFIT (> $300)
4) I can then get an iPhone 8 no problem.

I don't understand any issues?

Meanwhile, you
1) Have an iPhone 6 or 6s for the next 1 year... a lesser experience...
2) Have less of a resale value....

It's a no-brainer to me.
