Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to the last option. To completely fix this error, reboot the computer in Safe Mode. This is the procedure:

  1. Start by rebooting your computer. In case of the Windows popup, restart again and interrupt the process by tapping F8. The Advanced Options page will show up.
