Ne samo da je najbr\u017ei, nego jedan od najefikansijih sistema na listi Top500. Sistem koristi \u201eneo-heterogenu arhitekturu\u201d, gde hardverska arhitektura poseduje vi\u0161estruke klase kompjuterskih mogu\u0107nosti kojima se pristupa preko standardnog programskog modela, streamlining razvoja i optimizacionih procesa \u2013 \u0161to predstavlja prednost koju je nemogu\u0107e dobiti prilikom kori\u0161\u0107enja kombinacije CPU i GPU akceleratora.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"sh-YU\">\n<p lang=\"sh-YU\">Vode\u0107e performanse i energetska efikasnost sistema postignute su kori\u0161\u0107enjem nove serije Intel Xeon procesora E5-2600 v2 zasnovane na vode\u0107em 22nm proizvodnom procesu kompanije Intel. Pored pokretanja \u201eMle\u010dnog puta 2\u201d, ovi procesori tako\u0111e pokre\u0107u druga dva sistema na listi Top500 kompanije Bull*, sistem sa 557 TFlops koji se nalazi na 54. mestu i sistem sa 139 TFlops na 329. poziciji, kao deo programa koji Intel koristi kako bi opremio korisnike superkompjutera. Proizvodi \u0107e biti dostupni narednog kvartala i ima\u0107e 12 jezgara i do 2,7GHz clock brzine, isporu\u010duju\u0107i 259 GFlops po podno\u017eju, \u0161to predstavlja pove\u0107anje od 56 odsto u odnosu na prethodnu generaciju.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"sh-YU\">\n<p lang=\"sh-YU\">Vi\u0161e od 80 odsto (403 sistema) superkompjutera na 41. izdanju liste Top500 pokre\u0107u Intel procesori. Junsko izdanje liste bele\u017ei 11 sistema zasnovanih na Intel Xeon Phi koprocesoru, obuhvataju\u0107i sisteme klase Petaflops kao \u0161to su \u201eMle\u010dni put 2\u201d sa performansama od 54,9 PFlops i \u201eStampede\u201d od 8,5 PFlops.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"sh-YU\">\n<p lang=\"en-US\">Polugodi\u0161nja lista superkompjutera TOP500 delo je Hansa Mejera sa Manhajmskog Univerziteta, Erika Strohmajera i Horsta Simona iz ameri\u010dkog Enegretskog Odeljenja Nacionalnog nau\u010dnog centra za istra\u017eivanja u oblasti energije i D\u017eeka Dongara sa Univerziteta u Tenesiju. Serija Intel Xeon Phi koprocesora 7100 dizajnirana je i optimizovana da obezbedi najbolje performanse i obezbedi najvi\u0161i nivo karakteristika, obuhvataju\u0107i 61 jezgro klokovano na 1,23GHz, 16 GB memorijskog kapaciteta i preko 1,2 TFlops performansi dvostruke preciznosti. Me\u0111utim, kao glavni procesor direktno inastaliran na podno\u017eje mati\u010dne plo\u010de, funkcionisa\u0107e kao CPU i omogu\u0107i\u0107e skok u ra\u010dunarskoj gustini i perfomansi po vatu, odra\u0111uju\u0107i sve du\u017enosti primarnog procesora i specijalizovanog koprocesora istovremeno.
