29. maj 2009.<\/strong> – Odlukom Vlade Srbije, korisnici usluga mobilne telefonije pla\u0107a\u0107e dodatni porez od 10 odsto, po\u010dev\u0161i od 1. juna ove godine. Vladin \u201ePorez na upotrebu mobilnog telefona\u201c, obra\u010dunat na osnovu uputstva Ministartstva finansija, privremena je mera, a odnosi se na sve razgovore, slanje tekstualnih (SMS) i multimedijalnih (MMS) poruka, i prenos podataka (Internet saobra\u0107aj), kao i posebne usluge, u zemlji i inostranstvu. <\/p>\n

Porez se obra\u010dunava na cenu usluge mobilne telefonije bez PDV-a, a napla\u0107uju ga od korisnika, a za ra\u010dun dr\u017eave sva tri operatora na teritoriji Srbije.<\/p>\n

Postpejd korisnicima porez se dodaje na ukupan mese\u010dni saobra\u0107aj i bi\u0107e prikazan na ra\u010dunu kao posebna stavka. Svi postpejd korisnici dobi\u0107e prvi ovakav ra\u010dun u julu, za potro\u0161nju u junu. <\/p>\n

Cena dopuna za pripejd korisnike ne\u0107e se menjati zbog ovog poreza, a on \u0107e biti ura\u010dunat u cenu dopune.<\/p>\n

Porez \u0107e se napla\u0107ivati i na posebne usluge za sve korisnike, kao \u0161to su zamena SIM kartice ili broja, specijalni brojevi, i slanje na ku\u0107nu adresu specifikacije poziva. <\/p>\n

Od poreza su izuzete slede\u0107e kategorije usluga i opreme mobilne telefonije: SMS parking za postpejd korisnike, nagradne igre u organizaciji Dr\u017eavne lutrije Srbije za postpejd korisnike, mobilni telefoni, Internet modemi, dodatna oprema za mobilne telefone (baterije, punja\u010di, memorijske kartice, torbice, lan\u010di\u0107i…), saobra\u0107aj za romere u Srbiji (korisnike inostranih mobilnih mre\u017ea koji gostuju u Srbiji i koriste se uslugama srpskih mobilnih operatora), usluge \u201e5 za 20\u201c i \u201eSOS kredit\u201c za pripejd korisnike, kamata, penali i sudske takse. <\/p>\n
