Precision M6500 se ve\u0107 mo\u017ee poru\u010diti na Dellovoj Web lokaciji po po\u010detnoj ceni od 1499 USD. Stanica je zasnovana na Intelovom \u010detvorojezgarnom procesoru Core i7 920XM i podr\u017eava do 16 GB dvokanalne DDR 3 memorije. Prema navodima predstavnika kompanije, radi se o prvoj mobilnoj radnoj stanici koja podr\u017eava DDR3 memoriju koja radi na 1600 MHz i nudi bolje performanse.<\/p>\n

Precision M6500 ima do tri diska za skladi\u0161tenje podataka, od kojih je jedan zasnovan na fle\u0161 memoriji kapaciteta 256 GB, a druga dva su klasi\u010dni \u010dvrsti diskovi kapaciteta od 160 do 500 GB, koji rade brzinom od 7200 o\/m, Blu-ray opti\u010dki ure\u0111aj i 17-in\u010dni ekran rezolucije 1920 x 1200 piksela, sa potpunom korisni\u010dkom podr\u0161kom za izbor opsega boja. Grafi\u010dki procesor je Nvidijin Quadro FX 3800M, od opcija za umre\u017eavanje tu su WiFi, Bluetooth, a od priklju\u010daka 4 USB 2.0, VGA Audio i eSATA priklju\u010dci.<\/p>\n

Stanica ima i \u010dita\u010d pametnih beskontaktnih kartica, \u010dita\u010d memorijskih kartica 8-u-1 i Web kameru rezolucije 2 megapiksela, a pokaziva\u010dka plo\u010dica podr\u017eava zadavanje komandi upotrebom vi\u0161e prstiju. Kao operativni sistem Precision M6500 koristi 32-bitnu ili 64-bitnu verziju XP-a, Viste ili Windowsa 7, ali i Red Hatov Enterprise Linux 5.3.<\/p>\n

Za bezbednost ra\u010dunara i podataka koji se u njemu \u010duvaju zadu\u017eeni su sistem za fizi\u010dko zaklju\u010davanje ra\u010dunara oja\u010danim \u010deli\u010dnim kablom i bravicom, sistem za zaklju\u010davanje \u010dvrstog diska i \u010dita\u010d otisaka prstiju (opciono),<\/p>\n

Predstavnici Della su izjavili da je radna stanica Precision M6500 sertifikovana za kori\u0161\u0107enje 95 klju\u010dnih kreativnih aplikacija. Kao deo Dellove serije proizvoda E-Family, model Precision M6500 podr\u017eava E-Family dodatke, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i replikatore priklju\u010daka, postolja za prenosive ra\u010dunare, postolja za ekran i spolja\u0161nje module za skladi\u0161tenje.
