{"id":9911,"date":"2009-12-27T01:44:34","date_gmt":"2009-12-27T08:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pcvesti.com\/?p=9911"},"modified":"2009-12-27T01:44:34","modified_gmt":"2009-12-27T08:44:34","slug":"naucnici-napravili-prvi-molekularni-tranzistor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pcvesti.com\/?p=9911","title":{"rendered":"Nau\u010dnici napravili prvi molekularni tranzistor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Skoro ta\u010dno 62 godine nakon \u0161to su istra\u017eiva\u010di Belovih laboratorija demonstrirali prvi funkcionalni tranzistor s ta\u010dkastim metalnim kontaktom, grupa ameri\u010dkih i ju\u017enokorejskih nau\u010dnika uspela je da napravi i prvi jednomolekularni tranzistor.<\/p>\n<p>Tim u kome su bili istra\u017eiva\u010di s ameri\u010dkog univerziteta Jejl i ju\u017enokorejskog instituta za nauku i tehnologiju Guangd\u017eu (Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology), objavio je svoje rezultate 24. decembra u \u010dasopisu Nature. U svom radu su pokazali da se molekul benzena povezan sa zlatnim kontaktima pona\u0161a kao silicijumski tranzistor.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su uspeli da menjaju energetska stanja molekula naponom dovedenim na kontakte i tako kontroli\u0161u proticanje struje kroz molekul.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u201eEfekat je sli\u010dan kotrljanju lopte uzbrdo i nizbrdo, pri \u010demu lopta predstavlja elektri\u010dnu struju a visina brda razli\u010dita energetska stanja molekula\u201c, objasnio je Mark Rid, profesor in\u017eenjeringa i primenjene nauke na Jejlu. \u201eUspeli smo da podesimo visinu brda tako da struji omogu\u0107imo prolaz kad je bilo nisko i da je zaustavimo kad je bilo visoko.\u201c Ovim postupkom je tim koristio molekul na isti na\u010din kako se koriste i obi\u010dni tranzistori.<\/p>\n<p>Rad tima oslanjao se na prethodna istra\u017eivanja kojima je Rid devedesetih godina pro\u0161log veka pokazao da se pojedina\u010dni molekuli mogu zarobiti izme\u0111u elektri\u010dnih kontakata. Posle toga su Rid i Tahi Li (Takhee Lee), nekada\u0161nji postdoktorant sa Jejla a sada profesor na pomenutom ju\u017enokorejskom institutu, godinama razvijali dodatne tehnike koje su im omogu\u0107ile da \u201evide\u201c \u0161ta se de\u0161ava na molekularnom nivou.<\/p>\n<p>Klju\u010dni elementi otkri\u0107a bili su i pravljenje elektri\u010dnih kontakata si\u0107u\u0161nih razmera, iznala\u017eenje idealnih molekula koji \u0107e se koristiti i ustanovljavanje gde ih treba postaviti i kako ih povezati s kontaktima.<\/p>\n<p>Zanimanje za kori\u0161\u0107enje molekula u ra\u010dunarskim kolima je veliko, jer pravljenje tradicionalnih tranzistora u tim razmerama nije isplativo. Me\u0111utim, Rid je posebno naglasio da je njihov rezultat strogo nau\u010dni prodor i da je njegova primena u pravljenju manjih i br\u017eih \u201emolekularnih ra\u010dunara\u201c \u2013 ukoliko uop\u0161te bude mogu\u0107a \u2013 decenijama daleko.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNe\u0107emo uskoro praviti slede\u0107u generaciju integrisanih kola\u201c, rekao je on, \u201eali dugogodi\u0161njim radom koji nas je doveo dovde zaokru\u017eili smo deceniju dugu potragu i pokazali smo da se molekuli mogu pona\u0161ati kao tranzistori.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Koliko god ovo otkri\u0107e zvu\u010dalo impresivno ono nije i poslednja re\u010d minijaturizacije elektronskih ure\u0111aja. Po\u010detkom decembra je jedan drugi tim nau\u010dnika iz Finske i Australije izvestio da su razvili jednoatomni tranzistor koriste\u0107i jedan atom fosfora na silicijumu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslednjih godina in\u017eenjeri sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e umesto silicijuma koriste neke egzoti\u010dne materijale kao \u0161to je grafen, kako bi smanjili dimenzije tranzistora i pove\u0107ali im brzinu. Tako su pro\u0161le godine dostigli rekord kad su napravili prekida\u010d sa deset atoma grafena.
