HP omogućava optimizaciju performansi hibridnih okruženja

Vodeće HP Business Service Management rešenje analizira velike količine podataka radi predviđanja, sprečavanja i reagovanja na različite situacije u IT okruženju

 

BEOGRAD, 28. novembar 2012. — HP predstavlja novu verziju HP Business Service Management (BSM) softvera, prvog rešenja koje analizira velike količine podataka radi unapređenja performansi i dostupnosti poslovnog softvera u mobilnim i hibridnim IT okruženjima.

 

Uz sve veći obim virtuelizacije i primene cloud tehnologija, IT organizacije više ne kontrolišu sve elemente svojih okruženja. Zbog toga je sve teže predvideti potencijalne probleme. HP BSM pruža sveobuhvatni uvid u IT aplikacije i servise, uz analizu u realnom vremenu radi praćenja stanja kompletnog okruženja: od poslovnih servisa i aplikacija, do infrastrukture i mreže.

Operativnom analizom do IT izveštaja

Novost u HP BSM rešenju je HP Operational Analytics (OpsAnalytics), mogućnost pripreme operativnih izveštaja o stanju IT servisa, a na osnovu automatskog poređenja i analize konsolidovanih podataka koji obuhvataju informacije o uređajima, log fajlove, opis topologije i podatke o performansama.

HP OpsAnalytics je neprimetna integracija HP ArcSight Loggera, univerzalnog rešenja za upravljanje log fajlovima, sa jedinstvenim mogućnostima poređenja iz HP Operations Managera i (OMi) i mogućnostima predviđanja iz HP Service Health Analyzera (SHA). Ova kombinacija korisnicima omogućava da:

  • otklone poznate probleme pre nego što nastanu, prema listi prioriteta;
  • proaktivno rešavaju neočekivane situacije, na osnovu analize operativnih podataka; i
  • brže rešavaju incidente, na osnovu baze znanja o ranijim sličnim događajima.

 

HP BSM omogućava korisnicima da maksimizuju IT investiciju i da kroz uz sveobuhvatan uvid u heterogena okruženja:

  • osiguraju dostupnost servisa prikupljanjem i sistematizacijom podataka iz različitih izvora, što obuhvata i povezivanje sa IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console, IBM Tivoli Monitoring i Microsoft® System Center rešenjima;
  • unaprede performanse aplikacija koje rade u OpenStack i Python cloud okruženjima, uz dijagnostiku koja omogućava otkrivanje uskih grla; i
  • unaprede dostupnost web i mobilnih aplikacija kroz bolji uvid u performanse na strani korisnika.

 

HP omogućava i da administratori i stručnjaci za virtuelizaciju primenom HP Virtualization Performance Viewer (vPV) rešenja otkrivaju i rešavaju probleme s uskim grlima u virtuelizovanim okruženjima.
